Support

Clear routes for service support.

Useful support starts with the service affected, the impact observed and a safe way to continue the conversation. Regit4u is keeping support workflows separate from the public website so they can be protected and audited properly.

01

Existing customers

Continue using the verified support route already provided for your service. Include the affected domain or service and a clear description of the problem, but never send passwords, private keys or payment-card details.

02

New service enquiries

The public contact form can be used for domain, hosting, migration and infrastructure enquiries. It validates submissions, limits automated abuse and does not expose its private delivery address.

03

Future support platform

The planned authenticated service will connect customer identity, service context and support history without coupling the public website directly to operational systems. Sensitive changes will require verified identity, not simply knowledge of an email address.

04

Abuse and security

Dedicated reporting channels and response ownership require confirmation before publication. Public issues should not contain sensitive vulnerability details.
